Na sastanku su prisustvovali partneri sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Splitu, Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Crne Gore, Norve\u0161kog sveu\u010dili\u0161ta za znanost i tehnologiju (NTNU), Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Tirani, Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Vlori \u201eIsmail Qemali\u201c, Pomorske Uprave Dra\u010d te Privredne komore Crne Gore.
